Andrew Maclennan has been instrumental in assisting the young rugby players in developing applicable explosive speed which is critical in modern rugby players.  His innovative techniques and depth of knowledge in this area are impressive.  With Andrew's assistance in speed enhancement, the Canterbury rugby academy continues to provide athletes of the highest quality to our coaches to work with.  This is reflected by the number of players the CRFU has selected in national teams at all levels each year.
